"Where did you get the fox?" is the question everyone asked me at her first adoption event. The next statement was: "She is so beautiful," was the next. "What happened to her fur/skin?" was the next. Megan has a skin issue attributed to a yeast infect and due to long neglect. Fleas or mange, or maybe both,if neglected long enough lead to fur loss and thickening, blackening if the skin. That's the bad news. The good news is that in a few weeks, with good care (like she is getting from her foster now) will lead to her skin getting pink and her fur growing back more lush than before. (I speak from experience.) Now, to important matters. Megan is the friendliest, loving-est dog you will ever meet. She knows no strangers, no enemies (animal or human), she is ready to give you her all.
