Harper is a sweet, easy-going, well-mannered boy. He is playful and especially loves squeaky balls. He loves walks and spending time outside, so he would love a home with a fenced yard. He greets his people affectionately and loves belly rubs.
Harper would do best in a calm, quiet home. He is was good with the small dogs in his previous foster home but he would also be happy to be the only dog in the home. We aren't sure how he would do with bigger dogs. He is house trained and crate trained and doesn't chew on things that are not his. Let us know if you want to meet him!
