Della is not only a real looker but she is a sweet, happy girl. She is always looking for someone to play with. When no one will play, she is happy to find a toy or a bone to chew on. She is completely house trained and crate trained. She also likes to cuddle and will lay in your lap if you let her. Della loves to go for walks and gets so excited when she sees a squirrel! With the right leash, she walks nicely without pulling.
Della has been wonderful in her brief interactions with children and she seems to know they are different than big people. She really seeks them out and sits quietly waiting for attention.
Della has a heart of gold, but sadly she has a heart condition. You would never know if from spending time with her as she seems like a perfectly normal and incredibly sweet pup. She is not expected to have many years but she will certainly make the best of those years. Della, and every dog, deserves a forever home, no matter how long that forever is.
