Daisy is a sweet, easy-going girl that loves people. She was found as a stray in South Carolina in June, lying on the side of the road. She was emaciated and in such bad shape she could barely stand. The family that found her got her fixed up and she is now doing great, but they can't keep her.

Daisy is a sweet dog who just wants to be loved. She will sit right beside you as long as you have a hand on her, even if you're not actually petting her. She gets along well with other dogs and cats but doesn't pay much attention to them and is more people-focused. She loves meeting new people and making friends. While Daisy hasn't been around small children that we know of, as sweet as she is, we can't imagine she would not be good with kids.

Daisy loves being outside and would love an active family who would take her on lots of walks or even hiking. She loves exploring and sniffing around new places.

Daisy is well-mannered and is easy to handle for baths and nail trims. She is house trained and crate trained and sleeps in her crate at night with no problem.
