Winona is a sweet girl who is very shy. She has come a long way since arriving at a shelter in MD after being left tied to a tree in the woods for who knows how much time. Thank goodness someone found her. Despite being let down by humans before, Winona has amazing resiliency and seems ready to love and trust again.
Winona loves other dogs and perks up when she is with them. She would do best in a home with another dog who is confident and playful. She loves to run and play and would love a home with a secure fenced yard. She also loves being petted and going on walks, and she walks well on a leash.
