Sweet Grace was at a shelter in a county that does not allow people to own pit bulls, so she had no chance of being adopted there. It was obvious she had recently given birth to puppies, but no puppies came in with her, so we have no idea as to their fate. Luckily for Grace, she is a sweet, friendly girl, and HART scooped her up and whisked her to safety.
Grace is very food motivated and knows some commands. She loves playing with her toys and with people, and has yet to meet a person or dog who isn't her new best friend: she just wants to play and love you. She bonds quickly and enjoys spending time with her human and canine friends. Grace is calm and appropriate when meeting other dogs. She is new to us and we are enjoying getting to know her better.
