Tugboat is a sweet, calm, laid back boy who wants nothing more than to be your shadow. He loves his people and follows his foster mom around the house. He also loves snuggling and going on walks. Since he loves being with his people so much, he would love a home where someone is home for much of the day, even post-covid. He gets along well with the other dog in his foster home but would love to be an only dog.
Tugboat is a wonderful houseguest. He is house trained and doesn't need to be crated as he stays out of trouble in his foster home. He does great on a leash and he rarely barks. He is eager to please and is food motivated so he learns quickly and he already knows several basic commands.
