Cindy is a super sweet, loving, and low-key girl who is just learning how to be a family pet. She and her brother Steve spent their previous years as guardian dogs for livestock, but they were not very good at their job and found themselves needing a new home.

Cindy is timid but warms up quickly with new people. She loves to play with other dogs and be petted. She also enjoys lying in the sun and going on walks. She sometimes needs encouragement when getting the leash on and starting out on walks, but once she gets going, she walks well on the leash. She is house trained and does well with free roam of the house. She is overall well-mannered and is not a barker.

Cindy needs a home with another dog who is confident and social to help her feel comfortable and how to be a pet and patient humans to work with her. She is friendly with kids, but we think she would do best in a calm, quiet home at this time.
