Rona is a very shy and timid girl that is going to take some time to trust people. She has not shown any aggression but will freeze or try to hide when she is scared. We think she would do best in a home with another dog who is confident and social that she can learn from.
She does fine in a crate and is working on house training. She walks well on a leash - she seems to know the "heel" command, will stop and go on command, and is very good about matching pace with whoever is walking her - however she is skittish and will try to bolt if startled.
Rona is looking for a very patient family that will give her time and space while she learns that she is safe, and ideally someone who has experience with fearful dogs.
