Chip is a sweet boy who bonds quickly and strongly to his person. He loves going on walks and sitting in his foster mom's lap. He gets along with the other dogs in his foster home but mostly just cares about his person.
Chip is house trained and prefers not to be crated, though he sleeps on top of his crate like Snoopy on top of his doghouse! He is great on a leash. He is friendly with kids but can be possessive of his person, so should not be in a home with kids.
Chip needs a home where someone will be home with him most of the time, even after covid. He does bark sometimes, true to beagle nature, so would not be suitable for an apartment.
