Capp and his friends were surrendered to a rural shelter when their family could no longer take care of them. They were a little shy at first as they had no idea what was going on, but have warmed up a lot and are just the cutest, snuggliest little dogs! All the foster families are smitten with their new charges and have nothing but good things to say about these little guys.
