Shadow is a lovely girl who initially is a little shy. Once she warms up, she is sweet and very playful and loves to run around the backyard, so a fenced yard would be great for her. She got along well with the other dogs in her foster home but was too energetic for them. She was fine with the cats and pretty much ignored them. She has done very well meeting older children but is too exuberant for young ones. She is crate trained (and loves her crate) and almost house trained. She's a very smart girl who would benefit from having a human who is interested in doing training with her. She walks pretty well on a leash, but could use more practice as she does not seem to have been leash walked much. She's an active girl who would love an active person or family who is home much of the time.
