Brodie was our foster puppy 10 years ago with his delightful mother and sister. His mother looked like a lab/beagle mix, and his father was probably a small dog (he and his sister are smaller than their mother). We liked them so much, we kept his sister! 10 years later, he needs a new home-the toddler and new baby in his home made him too anxious. With his new/old foster family there are no young children and 3 other dogs. He seems perfectly fine now! He has had no accidents, no chewing of anything and gets along fine with the other dogs and is quiet, for the most part. He whines a little when one of the people leaves, but soon calms down (he likes everyone to be together). He whines, but always cooperates during other stressful activities such as baths, nail trims, or car rides. When no one is home he seems fine loose in house with the other dogs. He walks nicely on a leash, and knows basic commands. He has a delightful personality, is happy to meet everyone and is very well behaved. He weighs 28 pounds and has a charming, happy face and a very waggy tail. He just wants to hang out with the people! HART has scheduled to have his teeth cleaned, and he has a few lumps, but is otherwise healthy and spry. He needs a home with no young children and maybe a nice dog companion to keep him company.
