His story is heartbreaking but Rowdy is an overcomer! Rowdy was shot in the leg and waited weeks for his owner to take him to the vet. Unfortunately, the doctor had to amputate his front right leg. The owner never came back to bring Rowdy home. Rowdy is a 5-year-old Beagle mix, well mannered, sweet, gentle but will sometimes live up to his name. It appears he has lived his whole life outside so he might need a little help with house training. He really prefers an adult home with no little kids, and all the adults who meet him fall in love immediately.
