Elroy, aka Buddy, is a sweet as the day is long. He is laid back and just enjoys his ear rubs and the occasional treat. He does not like cats or squirrels but is too lazy to chase them. Elroy has been living on the streets with his hooman since the start of the COVID epidemic. He acted as a "service dog" for his human, warning him of oncoming seizures. His friend needed to go into a homeless shelter but could not take Elroy with him, so HART took Elroy.
