Nellie is one of the most joyful dogs you will meet. There not a mean bone in her body! She get along well with the dogs and cats in her foster home and does not bark at the neighbor's dogs. She loves everyone, greets strangers with her tail wagging and generally craves human attention. You'd never know from her happy demeanor that Nellie had been physically and emotionally starved. Fortunately she is on the mend and has gained 12 lbs. while in foster care. She's still a little insecure and is learning house manners, but is prospering with consistent exercise, proper nutrition, and lots of love.
