Chili is very shy at first but comes out of his shell with other dogs. We think that he will really need another playful dog in a home to help him gain confidence as he loves to play with other dogs but is very reserved with people. However, Chili is such a gentle dog! After observing Chili at an adoption event, one of our long-term volunteers said "I love Chili!" . He is so observant of what is going on around him and seeks out affection but not in a demanding way just quietly reaches out to people for some petting. He also does a great Meerkat imitation when he is getting treats it is so cute!! And he takes treat so gently! Chili is a small little dog and does seem to love to meet other dogs and play with them.
