In a world filled with wonderful dogs, Rocky is a superstar. He is great with children and other dogs and is super sweet and loving, but not in a pestering kind of way. He likes playing fetch and chasing the water hose spray. His foster mom says he loves to play with her other dogs, but is also very chill and quiet inside the house.
