Aylie was saved by a good samaritan who found her outside during a frigid thunderstorm. She's been through a lot fending for herself, but despite all of that she has so many positives it would be great to finally find her a loving, caring home. She is crate trained, house trained and doesn't chew anything. She also does not jump up on furniture and rarely barks. She can be scared of sudden noises, crowds and big trucks and will need slow introductions, training and reinforcement to become more confident. She loves to relax in her crate or on her dog bed and chill while her foster mom works. Aylie loves to be outside and go for walks and does well on a leash for a dog that probably never had much leash time. It will take time to earn her trust, but she's made great progress just within a week of being at her foster's home. She needs someone patient to be willing to work with her, but in turn she will reward you with love and loyalty! She is fine with strangers and visitors if they don't approach her quickly or are loud when greeting her. She does well with the 12 yr old in the foster home, and does not bother the resident hamster as well. And she was in a home with other dogs for a while and was fine with them, but would do well as an only dog or with just a few others.
