Whitney I - Adopted on 6/3/2022

Whitney is just the best companion and friend a person could ask for. She loves to snuggle and fall asleep with you on the couch. She follows her foster mom around the house and she wants to be with her person. She enjoys running in the backyard, chasing balls and sticks and playing with any dog who is willing. Inside, she will play fetch with dog toys. She is very gentle her foster mom's two very old, small dogs, so we believe that she would be fine with cats who are not aggressive. She will pick up a tennis shoe and move it from one room to another, but she does not damage the shoe. But as is true with most puppies you do have to be careful with small things like bottle caps, reading glasses, etc., within her reach when you are not watching her, or she may chew them. She sleeps through the night in her crate, She is doing great on house training and she will go to the door when she needs to go out, but since she is a puppy you need to let her out when she tells you she needs to go out. She is still a puppy so their bladders are smaller and they cannot hold it for as long as an adult so as with all puppies, you have to watch for her signal when she goes to the door. She is a delightful and playful puppy who also loves the cuddle. A perfect mix of play and then relax and chill with her person. She is a puppy that goes with the flow.
