I am a young, big boy, strong and loving. I take treats gently (thank you very much) and I like most other dogs. I keep hearing how "handsome" I am, but I prefer to be appreciated for my intelligence. Play with my feet, or rub my belly, and I am YOURS! A fenced in yard to run in would be great. I like to ride in the car, and do o.k. in a crate (but, let's not make that a habit.) Someone experienced with my breed would be extra special. (HART is still learning about Apollo. We know he came from a home with a female German Shepard and their wonderful puppy - Hercules. He loves meeting people and has done well at the adoption events with children. He pulls a bit on the leash but nothing that cannot be resolved with training. His former owners had to suddenly give up all 3 dogs when his life changed drastically.
