Bubbles is an absolutely gorgeous little kitty HART rescued from a rural kill shelter in Southern VA. We do not know her history before arriving there, but it is obvious that she needs some time to decompress and learn that life is good. Bubbles is a sweet kitten, but is so timid and needs someone who understands that it will take her time to relax and acclimate.
