Hi, I'm Ansel and I must be gorgeous because everyone I meet tells me so. I'm super friendly and love being adored and cuddled. I'm calm, quiet and gentle with people of all ages and other dogs. I bond quickly and love hanging out with people, but if humans are busy I'll find a comfy place to lie down and snooze. I'm crate trained and I've shown no destructive tendencies in my foster home.
I'd make a terrific telework buddy as long as I get a little attention every so often and daily exercise. I love being outside and going on nice long walks. No one bothered to teach me anything before coming to HART but I'm naturally polite and respectful. I'm learning basic commands, like to sit, in my foster home, along with improving my leash manners. I'm a bright boy and very eager to please my humans, so with a little patience and instruction I'm sure I can learn whatever is required of me. My ultra-soft, luxurious coat will need daily brushing and regular grooming to keep in top shape.
I'd love a forever home where someone is always around and where I'll get plenty of walks, neck scratches and belly rubs. I'm ready to be your devoted companion and would love to meet you!
