Flash is a super sweet typical beagle puppy. He loves to zoom around the yard with his brother Noah and the other dogs in his foster home. He is house-trained and crate-trained. He is pretty quiet in his foster home but will alert when he needs to go out or briefly to say hello. He currently lives with cats, dogs and children and loves them all.
