Paige is a devoted, affectionate, playful companion who loves playing with toys and other dogs. She can be scared at first, especially with men, but is not at all aggressive, just timid and shy. She wants very much to be with her person, follows her foster mom around the house, stays with her chewing on bones and toys while she's working from home, and loves snuggling up next to her for cuddles and tummy rubs. Paige is very well behaved completely house trained, goes outside on command to go potty, very quiet, goes easily into the crate, is food motivated, and takes treats very delicately. She knows sit, stay and come, is good on a leash and never pulls. Her cute little ears flop so adorably when she's walking! She's best friends with the other dog in her foster home and they spend hours wrestling, playing tug of war, sharing bones and toys, and lying next to each other. She has also done well living with cats.
With a loving, patient person, a friendly, confident dog to take cues from and play with, a yard to explore, and a calm, quiet, predictable environment, Paige quickly learns that the world isn't really a scary place, and she can be the loving, playful, curious pup she really is.
