Meet Wallace who is a perfect little beagle! Wallace was given up by someone who the shelter suspected was not feeding him. He is gaining weight in his foster home doing really well. Here is what his foster mom said about Wallace:
"He is doing great! He's gained a few more pounds (he weighs almost 20 pounds) and is acting like a normal 3 year old beagle! He is a happy, sweet playful guy who would love a playful dog but would be fine as an only dog too. He tries to play with my old guys but if they don't want to play, he leaves them alone.
