Rufus-adopted - Adopted on 3/2/2023

Rufus was in a shelter in rural Virginia for a few months and he had no luck getting adopted. He was on their "list", so HART sent out a CODE RED and asked for an emergency foster. He has been in a foster home and has fit right in with his two foster dog sisters. His current foster family wants to keep him, but they already have two HART rescues! It seems like he probably lived in a home before. No accidents in the house - he has waited by the backdoor when he's needed to go out. He loves to snuggle. He's good on the leash and knows how to sit well. He seems to be crate trained.
