My foster parents call me "Maggie". I have double dew claws on both my rear legs so my foster parents think I may be part Great Pyrenees. We love going for walks down our quiet street and going for long hikes on trails. I'm told I do really well walking on a leash and that I'm a wonderful walking buddy. I like to keep my distance from other dogs though as I tend to be a little fearful of them more than anything. I'm also shy around new people and need a little time to warm up, but once I do we're best friends. I'm quiet inside the house for just being two years old, and am happy kicking back after our daily outings, or just playing with my toys. I have only barked twice since I've been here, so I'm pretty quiet. My foster mom says I have a lovely strong deep bark. I guess that's a good thing. I am also house trained. We spend lots of time out back in the yard, but when my foster mom heads back into the house I'm usually ready to go back in too. I also have a soft, and shiny black and white coat that welcomes petting all day long just in case you are interested!
