Whiz is a smart, curious, perfect little puppy who wants a home to call his own! This amazing puppy has been growing up in foster homes and dreams of finding his forever home soon. He is already house-trained, crate trained, and has several basic commands (sit, stay, etc.). He is learning how to walk well on a leash and not jump when he greets someone (he's just so excited to meet new friends!). He's food motivated, which is great for training, but not food aggressive. He has learned to wait for the ok to start eating. Though he will bark when the doorbell rings or something out of the ordinary passes by, he is extremely quiet for a Beagle.
He loves to play with other dogs, even if they are much bigger than him! He is fond of squeaky toys and uses them to coax others into play. If he can't find a playmate he will spend his time pulling squeakers out of his toys, but has never damaged anything in the home or anything that hasn't been given to him. He would do really well in a home with another pet or someone willing to play, but would be equally happy with a single owner who would give him lots of toys, attention, and exercise.
