Otto is new to us, but his foster parents have only good things to say about this sweet dog: "Otto is settling in nicely. He sleeps in a crate at night and when we're out of the house (zero issues). He's completely potty trained and hasn't had one accident. He is very friendly and gets along with our kids and other dogs. He's still learning about to play but seems to be following our dogs' lead.
