Rio is a loverboy dressed up in a magnificent suit of ginger floof. His family had to surrender him after a child in the home developed severe allergies and asthma. He has lived as an only pet his entire life, so we are not certain how he will do with another cat or a dog. Rio gets along great with children, though!
