Tara is a beautiful little dog of just 20 pounds. She is new to us, but she loves attention and is very affectionate. While she is not in a foster home yet, since we got her she has always waited to go potty until she was outside of her run which is a very good sign of being house trained.
She likely would be a great companion on long walks or with a person who has a fenced yard and likes to play with their dog. She is a very smart little dog. If you are interested in Tara please let me know.
