Toby is a spectacularly sweet puppy! Here is what our kennel manager said of him (and she knows dogs and puppies): "Toby is soooooooooo good! When I look at him when he's in his run, I make a kissing sound & he dips both ears down about a half an inch, as if to say "For me? Thank you!" I think he's a great boy!! And of course his sibling couldn't be any cuter! " Toby and JoJo (puppy) came into the shelter together and the owners said they were littermates. They look very different but that is what we were told. Don't overlook this puppy - he is special in all the right ways! If you are interested in Toby please let us know.
