Chex a/k/a Stumpy's foster parents tell us that he is the best dog ever. He is great with dogs and children too (so patient with children!) He is low energy but fun and loving and likes to chill with his people. He does get his bouts of zoomies in once a day. They tell us Chex is in a word - perfect!
