In a word, he is precious! Giggles loves everyone. He is great with other dogs but more than anything he loves being with people. For a puppy he is very focused on giving lots of love and kisses. He is not in a foster home yet but Giggles is perfect in the boarding kennel. He never, ever goes inside her kennel and always waits until he is out in the play yard to go potty.
