We named this wonderful dog Doc as a bit of a play on words since he is - after all - a "heeler"! But we must have been on to something because he really is a kind of healer in that everyone who meets this terrific dog comes away feeling better about life! Doc has a calm and soothing presence about him. When he looks at you, it is easy to melt! His foster parents have told us that he is terrific and loves everyone including other dogs! He is also very good with their young children. He is in a home with another heeler mix, and Doc is much calmer by comparison. They also told us the he is very cuddly.
