Looking for a cat that runs to the door to welcome you home? Toby is a super duper friendly boy! He's such a sweetheart. He loves attention and will jump up to greet his foster mom when she comes home. He instantly makes "happy paw biscuits" and rubs all around her feet and legs. He has a cute little meow like a kitten and will chirp with happiness.

He has been wonderful in his foster home and so well-behaved. Best of all, he's welcomed every foster cat and kitten he's met, and he is like the "cat daddy" to all. He's a pro at using the litter box and is neutered and up to date on his vaccines.
