Please review HART's kitten adoption policy

Mickey has neurological issues but is totally happy in his life. His foster mom says Mickey doesn't realize anything is wrong with him. No matter where he is, if she calls his name, he comes running to her. He loves to cuddle and play. He's great with his litter box and is currently living with other cats and dogs. He gets along well and loves everyone. He currently stays in a large pen at night to make sure he stays safe, but he doesn't mind and is super sweet and loving. He's a special boy looking for a special home. He's been with HART in a loving foster home since he was just a few days old, and he's never had a bad day in his life. He can run and play, but he just has an extra adorable wobble that makes him extra special.
