This smart boy is completely house-trained, crate-trained, and already knows sit, wait, and the all-important "okay" before he dives into his food bowl. He is super treat-motivated and eager to please.

Here's what his foster says about him: Rowan has been an absolute joy to foster! He plays beautifully with my resident dog - they love chasing each other around the yard, taking turns being the hunter and the hunted. He shares toys well and is willing to 'take turns' without showing any signs of guarding or possession. He's silly, playful, and gets along wonderfully with other dogs and kids.

His favorite pastime is watching the neighborhood 'wildlife channel' from the front window - keeping tabs on every squirrel and cat that passes by. We've been working on quiet watching instead of growling or barking, and he's made incredible progress in just one week!

Like clockwork, Rowan calms down every evening and becomes the ultimate snuggle buddy. He sleeps through the night in his crate like a dream - not a single peep, and he even sleeps in! When left in his crate for a few hours during the day, he might fuss for 5-10 minutes but then settles in for a nap. He is learning to walk nicely on his Easy Walk harness and loves fetch and outdoor adventures.
