Oscar is a bouncy little extrovert with a cheerful disposition that makes him so much fun to hang out with. He's playful and full of happy wiggles, offering lots of licks and nonstop wags. Oscar's favorite place when he's not playing is in your arms. He does have a sensitive spot and will scream when you touch it but does nothing else. We're trying to find out how to fix it.
