Fluffly little Felicia was found all alone in West VA. She appeared at someone's property with no mom and no siblings, and luckily the kind Samaritan took her in and reached out to HART for help. HART's foster mom named this cutie Felicia which traditionally means lucky and fortunate. She is those things, indeed! Felicia gets along very well with the other kittens in her foster home. She is good friends with Bud, and they would make an adorable pair to adopt. Meet them on Sunday at our cat adoption event!
