Woolsey is a complete sweetheart of a dog. He had a very sad life and after his owner died tragically he was left alone and his tail was stuck and he likely could not free himself for days - but he has certainly bounced back from that trauma. He was also so thin when we rescued him but he is an excellent weight now. The vet explained that most of his tail could not be repaired so they had to amputate most of it. Woolsey is a strikingly beautiful dog but more importantly he is such a sweet and kind dog. He loves everyone he meets and is wonderful with other dogs. He walks well on a leash and is calm. He loves to play with other dogs. He was in a temporary foster and is housetrained. He would love a fenced in yard to run and play. Please let us know if you would like to meet this really good boy!
