Mickey

Mickey is a beautiful black Lab mix who is curious, active, and incredibly lovable. He's the perfect mix of cuddly and independent. He is happy to play and explore, but also loves checking in with his people and soaking up attention. He may be a little cautious at first, but he warms up quickly to new people, places, and dogs.

Mickey is already doing wonderfully with training. He knows "sit," is very food-motivated (classic Lab!), and eager to please. He's house trained, will whine to let you know when he needs to go out, and sleeps over 10 hours through the night without a potty break. During the day, he's on a normal puppy schedule and doing great.

He is improving nicely on leash and stays with you. He loves chasing balls and rope toys and will often bring them back for more. When it's time to rest, he will settle in his crate with a chew toy. He redirects well back to his own toys when he tries to pick up something that is not his.

He loves belly rubs and he'll roll over for some love. He's the perfect mix of excited, playful, sweet, and cuddly especially when tired. Mickey is a happy, smart puppy who just needs a loving home to continue growing into the amazing dog he's meant to be.
