Honey A

Honey came to us from a very rural and high kill shelter after the people that had her gave away or sold her puppies. When we heard about her story and what happened to her puppies, we jumped to save her. Honey is as sweet as her name suggests. She is a lovely redbone coonhound and all around terrific dog.

She knows her name and responds nicely to it, she knows "sit" and "lay down", takes treats gently, good on a leash, wags her tail and is friendly to other dogs that come over to meet her. She's a really nice girl and anyone lucky enough to adopt Honey will have a wonderful companion.
