Belle the Bichon

I am sweet Belle of the Ball - a lovely lady weighing approximately 15 pounds with petite, delicate features. In addition to being adorable, I have a delightful personality and, while a bit shy at first, warm up very quickly. I am affectionate, love belly rubs, and am quite playful - a true trifecta! While I have not lived with other dogs, I have been in the presence of other dogs and seemingly enjoy their company.

I was surrendered to HART because my family was at risk of being evicted and unable to afford my medical care. During that time, I lived in an apartment and did not bark excessively and demonstrated nice house manners - that is, no destructive behavior or signs of separation anxiety. I've enjoyed the comforts of home during my nine precious years and am so grateful to HART for providing me a seamless transition to a foster home. Now I look forward to my forever home - could that be you?
