Elliot

Elliot is a perfect dog!

As a black Lab mix, he adores both people and other dogs, but he really loves young children. Has no prey drive. Is equally comfortable on a couch and on a trail. As a young dog, he is eager to learn and see the world around him, and he arrives ready for his forever family. Both crate-trained and completely housebroken. Sleeps peacefully in his bed through the night. Loves treats. Plays with toys and enjoys sharing. No digging or destroying of your shoes or flower beds. Loves to ride with his human in a car, be it up front or in the back seat. No one has ever heard him growl. He barks, but only when prompted by other dogs. Speaking of which, he gets along with all size dogs, be they Jack Russell size or closer to a German Shepherd.

What sets him apart is how incredibly loving and affectionate he is. No resource guarding, not stealing of toys. Walks well on a leash. Overall, a devoted and obedient dog. He would do equally well in an apartment and a big house with a big yard, just as long as his favorite person or family is there by his side.
