Charlie is a very friendly, but slightly cautious, puppy who loves to play with his bio brother Boomer and foster brother Thomas. He is black with white markings and has beautiful wavy fur on his back and end of tail. At 12 weeks old, he weighs 24 lbs. Charlie loves to give kisses and snuggle with his humans. He would be a wonderful addition to your family!
